Terms of Use

rowno · Effective October 7, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Vitaly Yakovlev (“we”), the developer of rowno. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you don’t, please don’t use the app.

Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google and are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use rowno.

Your content

Projects, tasks, notes, photos and everything else you add stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and show it as the app needs to work: on your devices, and to the people you share projects with or connect with. We don’t use your content for anything else.

Shared projects

A project’s owner decides who is in it, can remove members and can delete the project with all its boards and tasks. What you add to a shared project is visible to everyone in it. Only share with people you trust.

Acceptable use

Don’t use rowno to break the law, to harass or harm others, to store or share content you have no right to, to send spam, or to try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.

The service

We work to keep rowno available and your data safe, but the app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. Don’t rely on it as the only place you keep something critical.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

Ending

You can stop using rowno and delete your account at any time (Profile › Delete Account). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Apple

If you got rowno from the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies. Apple isn’t responsible for the app or its support.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here and change the date above; continuing to use the app means you accept it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
